Return and Refund Policy

We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that the customer will handle all shipping costs.

Exchange requests beyond this period won’t be accepted. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Eligible returns require items in original condition with tags and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that the customer will handle all shipping costs. Kindly send us an email to ltabcollectives@gmail.com to process your exchange of items.

STEP 1: Request exchange or refund to store credit if your item is out of stock, and kindly wait for approval within 2-3 days.

STEP 2: Once approved, you will get a confirmation email and go signal to ship back the items within 2-3 days to the address provided on the exchange approval email. If we did not receive the item back within this timeline, the exchange/return request will automatically be cancelled.

STEP 3: Once we receive the exchange item in our warehouse, we will process the new order within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on the courier (shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer upon receiving the new item).

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY:

Make sure that the return item(s) is in the same LTAB Collectives pouch.
Tag should be intact and has not been removed
All freebies (stickers, etc.) in the pouch should be included.
Items should not be worn, washed or smell like perfume.

*any returned items that did not follow the policies above will automatically be subjected to cancelled return as these products cannot be sold anymore.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it’s been over 15 business days since approval, reach out to us at ltabcollectives@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
